For vendors & contractors

Building this will take a lot of hands.

From planning and construction to services and supplies, a project this size relies on good local partners. If you're a vendor, contractor, or consultant who'd like to be considered, we'd like to know you.

An honest note on where this stands

The Center is in formation. This is an invitation to introduce yourself and register interest — not an open bid or active procurement. There are no contracts to award today.

When real opportunities open, we'll manage them fairly and transparently. Registering your interest now simply helps us know who's out there and ready.

The three-year plan

Where partners will be needed, phase by phase

The Center is built in three honest phases. Below is the kind of work each phase is expected to involve — a picture of where local vendors and contractors could fit as funding is secured. None of this is an open bid yet.

Phase 1 · Year 1 — Foundation

Outpatient & crisis foundation

  • Office / clinic space fit-out and tenant improvements
  • Professional services — legal, accounting, grant consulting
  • IT, phones, and secure record systems
  • Signage, print, and bilingual outreach materials
  • Furniture, equipment, and general supplies

Phase 2 · Year 2 — 23-Hour Crisis Observation

23-hour crisis observation

  • Renovation / build-out for observation space
  • Medical and safety equipment suppliers
  • Facilities services — cleaning, maintenance, security
  • Food service and supplies
  • Specialized consultants (licensing, compliance, architecture)

Phase 3 · Year 3 — Residential Crisis Stabilization

Residential crisis stabilization

  • Construction / general contracting for a residential facility (18–26 beds)
  • Trades — electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing
  • Furnishings and residential equipment
  • Ongoing facilities, food service, and grounds
  • Transportation and logistics providers

These are anticipated areas of work as each phase is funded — not solicitations, awarded contracts, or open bids. Any future opportunity will be posted and managed fairly and transparently.
