We are building this Center in phases, and we will build our team the same way — deliberately, and in order. As funding is secured, these are the roles we expect to bring on. If one fits you, tell us now. We want to know who's ready to build this.
Where hiring stands today
The Center is not yet hiring for most of these roles — they open as each phase is funded. Our first hires are a Project Manager / Grant Writer and a finance-related role, to steward funding and reporting from day one.
Unless a role is listed as actively open, treat it as a role we expect to build, in order — not a position accepting applications today.
The three-year plan
Everything is bilingual (English and Spanish) by design. A person in crisis should be met in the language they think in — so we build our team that way from the first hire.
Phase 1 · Year 1 — Foundation
Phase 2 · Year 2 — 23-Hour Crisis Observation
Phase 3 · Year 3 — Residential Crisis Stabilization
