Our brand
Our logo, and what it means
Our mark is a small map of a promise: the shape of Starr County, resting in the waters of the Rio Grande at dawn. It says where we are, who we serve, and how we intend to care — openly, and close to home.
The meaning
Every part says something
- The coral shape is Starr County itself. It is the county's real geographic boundary — not a generic symbol, but this place. Home. The specific community this Center is built to serve.
- The teal ripples are the Rio Grande. The river that gives the county its name, its border, and its life. Water is calm, movement, and continuity — care that keeps flowing.
- The county rests in the water, not above it. The community is held and supported — cradled, not confined. Shelter, with dignity.
- The warm dawn light is hope. A new day for behavioral health in the Valley — steady, human, and unmistakably local.
- Open at the top. The ripples cradle the county but leave it open — room to grow, to be seen, and to reach out. Openness is a promise we make on purpose.
