First Organizational Board Meeting
The founding Board of Directors meets to stand up the corporation: appoint temporary officers, adopt the Bylaws and Conflict of Interest Policy, elect officers, appoint the Executive Director, and authorize the 501(c)(3) filing. Open to the public.

An open, bilingual session about the plan for a local mental health crisis center — where things stand, and how neighbors can help.

Certificate of Formation effective
The Texas Secretary of State filed our Certificate of Formation — we are now a Texas nonprofit corporation.
